Dining at Barney Creek Vineyard Cottages

Meals are supplied as hampers which allow guests to decide their own meal times – you can dine in your own cottage at your leisure.

No one has to stress about being ready or back from a walk at a certain time. All hampers are delivered to your cottage between 12 and 4pm.

Hampers include all meats,condiments, vegetables or salads, breads, desserts etc. are placed in your fridge along with any heating/cooking instructions. Hampers are fully pre-prepared and ready for you to toss the meat on the BBQ or into the slow cooker. Vegetarian and gluten or dairy free meals are available by prior arrangement.

Or you can bring your own supplies to cook in the fully equipped kitchens, barbeque al fresco on the verandah or picnic by the creek.

• All our cottages are stocked with a full range of our wines, including chilled wines in the fridge.
• Wine tasting and antipasto platter served to guests on Saturday afternoon.
• Other groups and other times by appointment, (minimum of four people)
• Let us prepare a picnic hamper to take down the creek with a bottle of our wine (guests only).
• If you are holding an event, let us bring the wine tasting to you.
• Bottled wine sales available from our premises. Our wines are not available in retail outlets. Mail orders can be arranged for case lots.

Grape varieties planted:

• Petit Verdot
• Shiraz
• Mourvèdre
• Grenache
• Tannat

Although not certified organic our principles dictate the minimal use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides and fungicides.

Only organic pesticides are used.
