Tariffs
Valid 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2013
Tariff are for 2 people and include bed linen, towels, bathrobes and toiletries. Extra guests in the Hill Station and Garden Cottage are $25 each/night.
There is a minimum 2 night stay weekends, 3 nights on long weekends and 4 nights at Easter.
We will only accept single nights on weekends ( 2 nights long weekends, 3 nights Easter) 24 hours before date required.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
LINEN AND
TOWELS
• We supply linen, pillows,
blankets, doonas and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms
or bath room on departure. Additional linen is available for an extra charge.
Beach towels are not included.
• Cleaning and linen change
occur weekly or more often upon request and at additional cost.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of total reserved accommodation. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total reserved accommodation.
No show or cancellations with less than 7 days notice are subject to 100% of the booked fee. We allow one change of dates if made more than 14 days from booked date and must be used within 6 months. Deposits of bookings canceled with more than 30 days will be refunded less a 10% admin fee.
Checking in and out
Check in is 2pm and departure time is 11am.
An additional cleaning fee ($50) will be incurred if cottages are not left in a reasonably clean and tidy state. Guests should ensure dishes are washed and any furniture that has been moved should be placed in the original position.
